Copyright.

Intellectual property rights under US and international copyright law.

Sometimes, great designs are copied without permission by others.

To protect our customers, our distributors and ourselves, we rigorously enforce our copyright. US and international copyright law protect the intellectual property of designers, artists, authors, etc.

We have registered the copyright for all our designs.

If our copyright is violated, in most cases statutory damages will be awarded by the courts. Violators may expect to receive a cease and desist letter from us.

If it comes to our attention that an individual or organization has made unauthorized use of our copyrighted works in the preparation of a work derived therefrom, we will give notice that We have reserved all rights in the Work, and have registered copyright therein, and that the infringing works are essentially identical to the Work and clearly used the Work as its basis. As the individual or organization neither asked for nor received permission to use the Work as the basis for infringing work nor to make or distribute copies, including electronic copies, of same, we believe the individual or organization has willfully infringed our rights under 17 U.S.C. Section 101 et seq. and could be liable for statutory damages as high as $150,000 as set forth in Section 504(c)(2) therein. We will demand that the individual or organization immediately cease the use and distribution of all infringing works derived from the Work, and all copies, including electronic copies, of same, that shall be delivered to us, if applicable, all unused, undistributed copies of same, or destroy such copies immediately and that the individual or organization desist from this or any other infringement of our rights in the future. If we do not receive an affirmative response from the individual or organization by a certain date indicating that they have fully complied with these requirements, we would have to take further action against the individual or organization.
